About this role:

As a IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in resolving computer problems, testing cost-effective solutions, and supporting the efficient operation of the organization's applications, network, and computer systems

As our IT Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, system goals, and requirements.
  • Problem Identification and Prioritization: Work with managers and users to identify systems problems, assess their severity, and prioritize responses.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
  • Conduct system tests and work with programmers to resolve issues and errors.
  • Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements for broader understanding.
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of various systems, including custom in-house applications, Microsoft 365, and websites.
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, their servers, hardware, databases, and end-user computers.
  • Define and coordinate testing procedures, and develop test cases to enhance quality assurance.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of all processes and conduct training as needed.
  • Develop maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather statistics, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet business and user needs.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Draft materials and graphics to explain systems to managers and users.
  • Manage company third-party accounts, including Apps and Cloud Hosting

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in information technologies and systems analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming, strong problem and solving and analytical skills.
  • System Implementation: Experience in installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training,and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Quick learner for systems and software used by the organization.
  • Physical Requirements: Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in UI/UX design, familiarity with Call Centre and CRM Solution
