As our Finance Manager, you will:
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Your primary responsibility is to meticulously prepare, and skillfully interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements. Your insights will be pivotal in driving informed decisions.
Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic analysis and actively contribute to the development of long-term business plans, aligning our financial strategy with our organizational goals.
Market Research: Undertake thorough research into pricing, competitors, and performance-affecting factors to provide actionable recommendations.
Financial Control: Exercise precise control over income, cash flow, and expenditures while managing budgets and implementing cost reduction strategies.
Audit and Compliance: Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external auditors, ensuring rigorous adherence to audit and regulatory requirements.
Financial Systems Management: Develop and proficiently manage financial systems and models, supporting accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive business modeling and risk assessments, empowering strategic choices that mitigate potential threats.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong interdepartmental relationships by liaising effectively with managerial staff and colleagues, promoting a cohesive work environment.
Daily Financial Oversight: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and transactions, ensuring seamless financial workflows.
Financial Representation: Serve as the company's trusted representative in financial dealings.
Management Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly management reports, offering valuable insights and recommendations to senior company leadership.
Data Analysis: Actively participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling to support senior management in making well-informed decisions.
Financial Systems Oversight: Manage and maintain the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to accounting policies and all relevant regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of financial transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in a Finance Supervisory role.
People Skills: People-oriented and results-driven, with demonstrable experience in finance metrics.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks and other financial programs.
Strategic Vision: Ability to architect financial strategy alongside strong leadership skills.
Communication: Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Taxation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of taxation law.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
